Puckery Peach Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Recipe – Low Fat

Ingredients: 1/4 cup vinegar 1/4 cup water 2 cups peaches, fresh ripe 1/4 tsp. stevia extract (powdered) or 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. guar gum Instructions: Wash and remove the pits from the peaches. Add all the ingredients, except the Guar Gum, to the blender container and mix at “high” speed for about 30 seconds, or until the ingredients are smooth.
